My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were cozy, clean, and had a stunning view of Lake Atitlan and the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful in arranging transport, although a bit lackluster in attention at times. The location was absolutely perfect, overlooking the lake and in a quiet, picturesque village. Dining was a delightful experience with a view, although some refurbishment is needed. The facilities were great overall.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The rooms with balconies are lovely, and most of them on the ground floor have a veranda which adds to the charm. The area above reception and the restaurant was very inviting. However, the location, while beautiful with flowers and exotic plants, was a bit inconvenient being on the outskirts of Santa Catarina Palopó.
